Leanda is a qualified psychologist and a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She has also completed a series of Masterclasses in Mindfulness in the Workplace at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University. However, wanting to go deeper and find more meaning in her own life, Leanda began her own journey of discovery, completing a masters in Mindfulness based Interventions at University College Dublin.
Leanda uses her skills to give you access to effective strategies and tools which can change the quality of your personal and professional life beyond all recognition.
She is passionate about her work as a therapist and Mindfulness Coach and looks forward to sharing this passion with you. She will teach you the mindfulness skills to respond rather than react and the positive influence it can have on your life and your relationships both inside and outside work.
